Organise required documentation (for example, Copy of Title, Legal point of discharge for South East Water) to submit to a building surveyor

Sign contracts with iBuild Group (Vic). Warranty Insurance is at this stage issued by iBuild Group (Vic)

Building Permit issued by the relevant building surveyor

Construction usually begins within two weeks of Building Permit being issued
