When you assess the merits of any tradesperson to complete a task for you, it is hoped they will be punctual, that their quote will be competitive but not necessarily the lowest and that they can do the job promptly. What I didn’t expect to happen is to be followed-up with phone calls, texts and emails highlighting how keen they were to handle the job on our behalf. That was our experience in this instance.
